Of course she would kiss him. Who could hold him and not kiss him?! It just means she cares about him and loves having him.
Didn't we have this conversation? It is hard not to kiss a baby. She loves Baby D. Everybody does. And everybody wants to kiss him. She is a caregiver for him. It is perfectly normal.
